Everyone was on it yesterday! Austyn, Caon, Sienna and Annemette came. The production sound was good to begin with but now it’ll be even “cleaner.” We had a great time doing the ADR. Austyn and Art got to sing I WANT IT THAT WAY from the Backstreet Boys. LOL. Sienna came in and was off to her rehearsal. She is going to be playing the role of Anne Frank at the La Mirada Theater on February 28th. We’re so proud of her. Caon came with his cat all the way down from Sacramento. They are all very dedicated and a fun group to work with. Thanks moms for your support!

Tomorrow we are going to have the ADR session. Basically what we are going to do is re-record lines that need to be recorded over because of sound issues. Ie. Lawn mowers and planes flying overhead. Things we can’t control while in production. We’re always looking to see how we can get the best sound quality possible. It’s going to be great to see the cast.

Met Art today. Saw the foley work they did over the weekend. It sounded good. Seeing the film with Joshua Mosley’s score helped a lot. The last time we saw the film in the sound edit bay there was no score. Music makes a big difference. This weekend we are going in to do some ADR work with the actors. It will be a nice family reunion.

Met with Andrew Russo, DP on MRLF, today at Starbucks. We discussed what we were going to do during our color-timing session for MRLF. He had some good ideas and can’t wait to finally see the footage in full resolution.Tomorrow I’m meeting with Art Baum, who is editing the sound. His team did foley work this weekend. Fun stuff.
